Registered Manager - Worcester
Salary: Up to £85,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist care home in Worcester. We are seeking a strong leader with a proven track record of maintaining and improving CQC ratings. This is a key role for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the home operates to the highest standards in line with CQC regulations.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of care delivery, focusing on maintaining and improving CQC reports.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the care team to deliver exceptional care and well-being to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices in care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage operational budgets, resources, and staff recruitment to meet the home's targets.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager, with a successful track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Preference for a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in neurological care, but candidates without neuro experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of care regulations, CQC standards, and safeguarding practices.
