Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring an outstanding service for all residents.
• Oversee a large team of care professionals, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the home’s accreditation to industry standards.
• Manage the financial performance of the home, including budget oversight and resource allocation, while ensuring efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families, stakeholders, and external partners to uphold the home’s excellent reputation.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with larger nursing homes is highly desirable.
• Private-paying market experience is essential, as this role requires a deep understanding of the demands and expectations of private clients.
• RGN qualification is preferable, but not essential.
• Extensive senior management experience within a care home environment.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to deliver exceptional care.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent care and improving the quality of life for residents.
