Registered Manager - Care Home (Private Sector)

Location: Warwick

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (Including Bonus)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:
Our client, a well-established and reputable care provider, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a care home in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in private sector occupancy, who is looking to take on a rewarding leadership role. The position offers a competitive salary of £95,000, which includes a performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to achieve business and care objectives.
  • Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that residents receive personalized and compassionate care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement across all areas of the service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Registered Manager role, ideally within a private occupancy setting.
  • Previous experience managing a care home with a focus on private clients is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • RGN qualification is ideal but not essential.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving residents' quality of life.
Salary & Benefits:
