Registered Manager – 28 Bed Nursing Home
Location: Leicester
Salary: £45,000 per annum
 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our fully staffed, 28-bed nursing home in Leicester. A valid NMC Nurse PIN is essential for this role.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role. The home benefits from a well-established and supportive structure within both the service and the wider organisation, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build upon the existing high standards of person-centred care.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the care team, promoting professional development and a positive working culture.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for both residents and staff.
  • Oversee clinical excellence and care delivery, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager preferred, but strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will be considered.
  • A proven track record in delivering high-quality care and managing compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
