Job Description:

Role: Registered Mental Health Nurse - Rehabilitation Service
Location: Bamber Bridge, near Preston
Salary: £40,032.72 annually / £18.33 per hour (inclusive of paid breaks + £2000 welcome bonus)
 
We are partnering with a well-established mental health and rehabilitation provider to recruit an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN or RNLD). This opportunity is based at a 23-bed open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs in the Bamber Bridge area. The service focuses on inclusion, skill development, relapse prevention, and recovery.

This facility runs an innovative ‘Recovery and Social Inclusion Programme,’ which supports individuals to engage in both community and unit-based leisure activities, educational opportunities, and vocational schemes.
 
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A current NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
  • Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings
  • A strong understanding of mental health legislation
  • Confidence in writing care plans, completing risk assessments, and adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Medication training and relevant experience
